Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are typically dispatched the same business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Product names never appear on the outside of your parcel, and the sender name does not reveal the contents. Your privacy is protected at every step.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees depend on your location and are confirmed when you place your order, always before any payment is made. We never add hidden charges.
Payment options
- Pay on delivery: pay in cash or by bank transfer when your order arrives
- Pay before dispatch: pay by bank transfer and we dispatch immediately upon confirmation

Call or email us for updates on your order at any time. If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the logistics partner.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your parcel on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, report it to us by phone or email within 24 hours with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Terms of Service for full details.
