Orders are placed via our order form, by phone or by email, and confirmed by our team. Prices and delivery fees are communicated privately during ordering. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to limit or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Payment
We accept payment on delivery (cash or bank transfer on receipt) and bank transfer before dispatch, as agreed per order. For pre-paid orders, dispatch occurs after payment confirmation.
6. Delivery

7. Returns & refunds
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Call or email us to arrange a return. Refunds for damaged or incorrect items are processed after inspection, typically within 3 to 5 business days. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
